On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the attorney assigned to represent the child in a proceeding before the Family Court, Nassau County, Nathaniel Weisel, 98 Cutter Mill Road, Suite 466 South, Great Neck, NY 11021, 516-586-5846, is relieved from representing the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 23, 2008, and is directed to turn over all papers in action to new attorney for the child herein assigned.
