Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the record on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 14, 2007, February 7, 2008, September 12, 2008, and November 25, 2008, respectively, to include a certain "[n]otice of [m]otion to dismiss the brief filed by [the respondent] and [her] response thereto" and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied.
