| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants-respondents Moses Friedman, Toby Friedman, Michael Moses Schlesinger, Leah Schlesinger, and Sara Schlesinger on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 25, 2008, and two orders of the same court dated December 1, 2008, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the preliminary injunction contained in the order dated September 25, 2008, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal. Cross motion by the respondents-appellants to modify the preliminary injunction contained in the order dated September 25, 2008, "to include suppliers within the category of businesses or individuals against whom the appellants are restrained from contacting."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
