| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 4, 2007, and an order of the same court dated June 2, 2008, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court entered June 20, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Cross motion by the respondent to impose a sanction upon the appellant and for an award of an attorney's fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
