ORDERED that the motion by plaintiff to consolidate appeals and for extension of time to perfect said appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to March 23, 2009, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion by the Law Guardian to perfect his appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to April 22, 2009.
