| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellants-respondents on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 8, 2008, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated December 18, 2008, which granted a their motion for a stay on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before January 20, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the decision and order on motion dated December 18, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "January 20, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "February 11, 2009."
