| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Stefanos John Kapetanos, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 22, 2004, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Steven John Kapetanos.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Stefanos John Kapetanos to Steven John Kapetanos, effective immediately.
