DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Barbara Ann Baumgarten from four orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 30, 2007, February 27, 2008, March 5, 2008, and April 28, 2008, respectively.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the orders are not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
