DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant's attorney to be relieved of an assignment on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated November 20, 2008, for the assignment of new counsel, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney, Karen A. Riley, Esq., Children's Rights Society, Inc., 213 West Main Street, P.O. Box 1002, Goshen New York 10924, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney to represent the appellant:
