Now upon reading and filing the affidavit of Timothy E. Lando, sworn to January 6, 2009, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the Clerk is directed to accept the 10 copies of appellant's pro se supplemental brief submitted to this Court on January 9, 2009 for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief, if any, on or before February 17, 2009.
