landlord has voluntarily agreed to refrain from re-renting the subject premises pending the appeal provided the appellant perfects by the May 2009 term. This will allow the total rehabilitation of the completely vacated building to proceed and not further inconvenience the other building tenants that have temporarily relocated pending the renovation. The appeal may proceed on the original record of the trial court.
