DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 22, 2007, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court, dated April 20, 2007, pending hearing and determination of appeals and cross appeals therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the order dated March 22, 2007, and the order and judgment dated April 20, 2007, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeals.
