DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 13, 2009, and January 15, 2009, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the notices of appeal are deemed to be applications for leave to appeal to this court and leave to appeal is granted (see CPLR 5701[c]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
