DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motions by the respondent and the attorney for the child to enlarge the time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 20, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted and the time of the respondent and the attorney for the child to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until February 17, 2009, and the briefs of the respondent and the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
