| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children Tristan R. and Sarah R., inter alia, to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child Tristan R. on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 20, 2008, and for the assignment of new counsel to represent that child.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be relieved of the assignment to represent the child Tristan R. and for the assignment of new counsel to represent that child is granted, and, Mark Brandys, Esq., 36 West 44th Street - Suite 1212, New York, N.Y. 10036, is directed to turn over copies of all papers in the action in his possession to the new attorney for the child Tristan R. herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child Tristan R. to represent that child:

and it is further,
ORDERED that the representation of Sarah R. by Mark Brandys, Esq., is continued; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of Tristan R. to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 23, 2009, and the brief of Tristan R. must be served and filed on or before that date.
