Appeals by the plaintiff from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 30, 2007, September 19, 2007, and December 22, 2008, respectively.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated May 30, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-01113), and September 19, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-01114), are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as those appeals are duplicates of appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2007-07177 and 2007-10643, respectively, which were dismissed as abandoned by decisions and orders on motion dated June 18, 2008, and September 2, 2008, respectively.
