Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 23, 2006, and September 27, 2007, respectively , which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 25, 2008.

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
