On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 14, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated August 6, 2008, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 18, 2009," and substituting therefor the date April 3, 2009".
