Appeal by Lucille R. from a modified order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 27, 2008. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Cindy J. Mendelson, Esq., dated December 22, 2008, it is
ORDERED that the respondent Darren R. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

(2) the Darren R. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the Darren R., and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
