DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person, for assignment of counsel, to consolidate, to enlarge record on appeal and for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the appeals may be perfected upon the original papers filed in the office of the County Clerk, one signed original and six typewritten copies of a brief, and the filing fees required by CPLR 8022 are waived, and the motion is, in all other respects, denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to April 7, 2009, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the record on appeal is denied, without costs.
