| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated June 20, 2008, or to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Application by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief and the application are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondents and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs on the appeal is enlarged until February 26, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
