On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 2, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted, in part, a motion by the appellant, on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 14, 2007, February 7, 2008, September 12, 2008, and November 25, 2008, respectively, is amended by deleting from fifth decretal paragraph the date "March 2, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "March 2, 2009."
