| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by the claimants from a judgment of the Court of Claims, dated October 10, 2002. Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to perfect in accordance with the decision and order on motion dated December 11, 2003.
