Motion by the respondent Allstate Insurance Company to admit pro hac vice David J. D'Aloia, an attorney in good standing in the State of New Jersey, to represent the respondent Allstate Insurance Company on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated March 25, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted.
