Application by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 22, 2007, to substitute Aubrey Cannuscio, executor of the estate of Vincent Cannuscio, for the deceased defendant Vincent Cannuscio.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Aubrey Cannuscio, executor of the estate of Vincent Cannuscio, is substituted for the deceased defendant Vincent Cannuscio, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
