On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 13, 2009, in the above-entitled action, which granted a motion by the appellants, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 16, 2008, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Kings County", and substituting therefor the words "Suffolk County".
