Motion by the Law Guardian Bureau of the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County, Inc., counsel assigned to represent the appellant by the Family Court, Suffolk County, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 30, 2008, filed by Anthony J. Colleluori, Esq. Application by the appellant to withdraw the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
