Motion by the third-party defendants-respondents for an expedited briefing schedule and a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, entered December 1, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before March 26, 2009, the defendants third-party plaintiffs-appellants shall perfect the appeal by serving and filing the record or appendix on the appeal and their brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before April 27, 2009, the third-party defendants-respondents shall serve and file their brief, if any; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before May 7, 2009, the defendants third-party plaintiffs-appellants shall serve and file their reply brief, if any; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed.
