| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants for leave to file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated December 3, 2008, containing administrative hearing exhibits, post-hearing briefs, objections to the hearing officer's report, and response to those objections.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before March 6, 2009, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the administrative hearing exhibits, post-hearing briefs, objections to the hearing officer's report, and response to those objections; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 6, 2009, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
