Appeal by Michelle Spruill from a judgment of the Fourth District Court of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered December 16, 2008.
Now, upon the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, for determination, as the appeal is from an order of the Fourth District Court of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (see 22 NYCRR 730.1[d]).
