Motion by the appellant for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel in connection with appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 18, 2006, and May 21, 2007, respectively, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion dated August 27, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall make no further motions without leave of the court.
