On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 29, 2009, in the above-entitled action, which granted a motion by the respondent, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 12, 2008, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 11, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "March 13, 2009", and deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "March 13, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "April 13, 2009".
