Application by the respondents Great Neck Union Free School District, Great Neck Public School District, and Great Neck Schools Board of Education pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 20, 2008.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondents Great Neck Union Free School District, Great Neck Public School District, and Great Neck Schools Board of Education to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 25, 2009, and the brief of the respondents Great Neck Union Free School District, Great Neck Public School District, and Great Neck Schools Board of Education must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 13, 2009, and the appellants' reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
