ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 25, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the third-party defendants-respondents, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 20, 2008, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "Family Court," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court."
