Motion by the defendant pro se for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend his time to take an appeal from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County, imposed January 6, 2004, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated December 22, 2008.
