ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondents State of New York Office of Children and Family Services and New York State Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 29, 2008.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondents State of New York Office of Children and Family Services and New York State Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 30, 2009, and the brief of those respondents must be served and filed on or before that date.
