It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is granted on the condition that the appellant perfects the appeals by the June 2009 term - the filing deadline is April 7, 2009. Accruing use and occupancy is to be tendered to the petitioner, without prejudice. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, the landlord may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay. The four appeals may proceed on one set of records on appeal and one set of briefs.
