It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the appeal to proceed on the original record of the trial court and type-written briefs. The cross-motion is granted only to the extent of requiring accruing use and occupancy for February and March 2009, at $1,011.07 per month, to be tendered to the petitioner-landlord by March 25, 2009. In the event the appellants fail to comply with the orders of this Court, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
