DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered May 28, 2003.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant may file as exhibits to his supplemental brief: motion to withdraw guilty plea, indictment, order dated September 23, 2002, pages 30 and 31 of a certain sentencing transcript, and judgment of commitment, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before March 31, 2008, the appellant shall file nine copies of the exhibits and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
