| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both rendered July 17, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file the appellant's letter dated November 5, 2005, attached as Exhibit B to his motion, as an exhibit to his supplemental brief is granted, and the exhibit is deemed accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file an affidavit dated January 20, 2009, attached as Exhibit A to his motion, as an exhibit to his supplemental brief is denied.
