DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se pursuant to County Law § 722 for the appointment of a Spanish interpreter to assist in the preparation of a supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 9, 2004, and to enlarge the time to seek leave to serve and file the supplemental pro se brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that an interpreter will be assigned upon designation by the Administrator for the Suffolk County 18-B Panel; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to seek leave to serve and file the supplemental pro se brief is enlarged until July 13, 2009.
