DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Laly J. for leave to appeal to this court from four orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated February 4, 2009, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the orders as remanded the care and custody of the subject child to Romy L. and to remand the care and custody of the subject child to her, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the trial is denied as academic.
