Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in a proceeding entitled Matter of Gupta v Gupta, commenced in the Family Court, Nassau County, under Docket Nos. V-7532/08 and 7533/08, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 14, 2008.
