ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 9, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 26, 2009, is amended by deleting from the caption the name "M. O. (Anonymous)," and substituting therefor the name "Kimberly M. O. (Anonymous)."
