| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enjoin the respondents from examining certain attorney files seized on February 3, 2009, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 10, 2009. Separate motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the order is "not subject to appellate review at this time."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
