Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on August 7, 2008 and September 22, 2008, for assignment of counsel, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Lisa L. Paine dated November 3, 2008, the affidavit of Daniel Flagg sworn to October 14, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and seal the record be, and the same hereby is, granted, Mental Hygiene Legal Service is assigned as counsel for appellant, and the motion is otherwise denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Onondaga is hereby directed to provide Mental Hygiene Legal Service with a stenographic copy of the minutes upon which the appeal is based.
