It is hereby ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and seal the record be, and the same hereby is, granted, Mental Hygiene Legal Service is assigned as counsel for appellant, and the motions are otherwise denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Monroe is hereby directed to provide Mental Hygiene Legal Service with a stenographic copy of the minutes upon which the appeal is based.
