On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 7, 2006, in the above-entitled case, which determined a motion on appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 8, 2005, and an order of the same court dated May 10, 2005, is amended by deleting from the preamble and second decretal paragraph thereof the date "May 8, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "May 8, 2005".
