ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 1, 2006, in the above-entitled case, which determined a motion on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 10, 2005, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof that date "May 10, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "May 10, 2005".
