On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 11, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellants, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 22, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "March 17, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "March 18, 2009".
